At each of its locations, CMV Truck & Bus provides a full range of service facilities to ensure that our customer's vehicle is serviced as per the manufacturers guidelines and that any warranty or repair work can be provided to the customer's vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. CMV Truck & Bus also offer a roadside breakdown service.

Some customers determine that they can do their own basic service work but return their vehicle to the dealership for warranty and repairs, whilst other customers believe in full aftersales dealership support and are reliant on the dealerships for all their service needs. CMV Truck & Bus are able to work with our customers requirements to provide tailored service agreement solutions.

CMV Truck & Bus employs a large workforce of qualified and apprentice diesel technicians. The majority of our service staff are recruited and trained through the CMV Technical Training Centre located at Laverton in Melbourne.

The CMV Truck & Bus Automotive Apprenticeship Scheme is an industry leading 'fast-track' program and has enabled CMV Truck & Bus to support its dealerships with well qualified and highy motivated technical staff. The regular interface between our trainers and the Volvo Group training regime ensures that CMV Truck & Bus dealerships are at the leading edge of technology and customer support at all times.
